This category is essentially dedicated to food products. We have selected different products from the craft industry such as: jam, spread or olive oil from Nyons.

All our artisans work with natural ingredients that come from their region. The CAJMI team is continuously looking for new artisans to offer our customers a choice.

To do this, we have gone to meet our artisans, experts in their fields, some in jam and syrup, others in spreads or in the well known PDO Nyons olive oil.

We work with artisans from different horizons: Belgian, French, Malagasy, ... However, they all have one thing in common : artisanship and the desire to make you discover their delicious products which are made with passion and love for generations.

Our artisans are : Bernadette de Lavernette, L'artisan Tartineur, Moulin de haute Provence and finally the syrup factory of Aubel.

Jam is one of CAJMI's popular products. We enjoy it at breakfast with a good freshly pressed orange juice or a coffee.

To do this, we went to meet the Belgian artisan "La Siroperie d'Aubel". It is a family business, created in 1983, which transmits its know-how from generation to generation and in 1988 Claudy NYSSEN takes over.

They make jams with an authentic taste, 100% artisanal and contain 60% of fruits selected by the care of the artisan. All their jams are prepared in a copper cauldron.

We have selected for you the 14 different types of Aubel's syrup, you will find your happiness among all its different flavors.

However, our team wanted to expand its choice for this popular product. To do this, CAJMI takes you on a trip to the south of Africa in Madagascar to meet Bernadette de Lavernette.

Bernadette de Lavernette makes jams with aphrodisiac flavors, artisanal and fruits of the Malagasy soil. In 2000, Brigitte BILLARDEY launches her production of artisanal jams, she decides to work with local producers to give a unique taste to her jams.

After a long tasting, we have chosen the bestsellers of Bernadette de Lavernette's jams. We offer you 250 grams of pure happiness that will remind you the jam of Mami.

Pâte à tartiner

The spread, a product that is in the cupboard of our kitchen. At breakfast, we are crazy about this hazelnut chocolate that we spread on a slice of bread with a coffee, a juice or a glass of milk.

The CAJMI team went to meet a French chocolate maker who, over time, has specialized in chocolate spreads. Roland CHARLES is the founder of the company "L'Artisan Tartineur", a craftsman who makes spreads without palm oil and without hydrogenated oils but that's not all!

Roland focuses on quality and taste to produce an exceptional spread. To do this, the team of "L'Artisan Tartineur" offer a range of products less sweet than what the competition offers, they do not use dye or GMO ingredients.

We had the chance to taste these spreads, and we fell under the charm, a smooth texture with flavors just exceptional. All without palm oil, without coloring and without artificial flavors. L'artisan Tartineur offers a wide range of products that will charm your taste buds, children and adults will enjoy.

We are used to say it: there is no age to enjoy a good spread!

Huile d'Olive

Nyons olive oil comes from the region of Nyons in the south of France. A 100% artisanal and natural oil produced by the Moulin de Haute Province.

A company founded in 1977 in Buis les Baronnies, the Moulin de Haute Provence is in the heart of the Nyons Protected Designation of Origin. In 2019, Olivier succeeds his father Michel FAYANT, he keeps the tradition passed down from generation to generation. They make their olive oils with the greatest care, this product is an emblem of the Mediterranean basin.

The CAJMI team offers you this artisanal olive oil in different forms 25cl, 50cl, 75cl or 1L. Nyons olive oil is cold extracted from the Tanche olive variety. The Moulin de Haute Provence has been awarded several times for its exceptional olive oil. Over three consecutive years, they have won the gold medal of the "Concours des huiles d'Olive de France en appellation d'origine - Nyons" in 2018, 2019 and 2020.

With the help of our collaborators, we had the chance to taste this very atypical oil that will make you travel in the Mediterranean. The olive oil of Nyons is smooth, fruity with aromas of hazelnut and green apple. We often use it for our seasonings, mixed with raw vegetables, fish, pasta, ..
